The following is a partial list of some of the Palladium Group's
more recently completed projects (1995-2006). We are proud of each
one of them as they were well designed, executed and were successful
in the marketplace. These are the developments that have set the
high standards that Palladium follows on a daily basis.
Cortina

Cortina, located in the South Slopes area of Burnaby, is an enchanting collection of nearly 200 townhomes and cityhomes set alongside 22 acre Taylor Park. Located across the street from the renowned City in the Park, Cortina also features a new elementary school right next door as well as Skytrain access within a five-minute walk.
Laredo
Located in the master-planned West Cloverdale community is Laredo, Palladium’s latest Surrey community. Laredo features a superb combination of family-style townhomes set within a brand new community that boasts both a new elementary school and the massive Cloverdale Athletic park within a few minutes walk."
Belmont

A 50 unit townhome community in the new South McLennan area of Central Richmond. Well recieved due to its convenient location across the street from shopping and services as well for its distinctive heritage architecture and its modern finish.
Brittany at Champlain Gardens

Brittany, a fine collection of apartments and townhomes, is the final part of the Champlain Gardens master-planned community to be developed. Located adjacent to Bordeaux at Champlain Gardens and nestled beside spacious Mont Royal Square Park, Brittany offers Whistler-inspired, finely crafted new homes in the heart of one of South Vancouver’s most desirable neighborhoods.
Bordeaux at Champlain Gardens

Bordeaux at Champlain Gardens was the initial phase of the Palladium / PCI joint partnership development of the Champlain Gardens master-planned community in Southeast Vancouver. Now home to 97 families, Bordeaux set the high standards for one of Vancouver's best planned new residential developments and is being followed up with Brittany, the final phase of Champlain Gardens.
Union Square - Richmond
An 88,000 square foot strata commercial development in the heart of Richmond's Asian-oriented business district. Union Square is one of the premier new business centres in Richmond and has become a busy shopping centre anchored by several prominent tenants.
 Amberstone
A 48-unit townhouse development in the growing Fleetwood area of Surrey. Amberstone is newly completed and is now home to a select group of homebuyers that were attracted by its distinct architecture, its central location and its affordability.
Georgian Towers - Vancouver
The renovation and re-tenanting of a 21 story, 162 unit downtown high-rise residential rental tower, and the new construction of an adjacent 22 story, 183 unit residential rental tower. Together, they will form a landmark twin high-rise complex on West Georgia Street, very close in proximity to the world-class Coal Harbour waterfront area. Georgian Towers II was sold to another developer and will be marketed as "George - the Condominiums" starting in October 2002. Developed in partnership with the PCI Group.
Champlain
Square Mall - Vancouver
A major re-development of the former Champlain Mall site into two
components - a residential component, which is currently under construction,
and the new Champlain Square Mall. This 100,000 sq. ft. + food-anchored
community retail centre opened in 2000 and was recently awarded
an Urban Development Institute award for the best revitalization
project in Greater Vancouver in 2002. In addition to prominent retail
tenants such as Extra Foods, A&W, Bank of Montreal, Starbucks
and a Provincial liquor store, Champlain Square also added a medical
professional building and a new, much-enlarged Vancouver Public
Library branch. Developed in partnership with the PCI Group.
The Symphony - North Vancouver
A 16 story mixed use high-rise tower with 5 strata commercial units and 51 strata residential condominiums in the Central Lonsdale area of North Vancouver. The Symphony represents an important new addition to the North Shore skyline and is positioned to capture the superlative city and nature views that the area is famous for.
Carlingwood - Surrey
A 97 unit townhouse development consisting of three phases in the fast-growing Fleetwood area of Surrey. Carlingwood offers a large number of unique two level townhouses that have high appeal among families. The project features a convenient, central location as well as excellent value for the homebuyers dollar.
Edencrest - Surrey
A 39 unit low density townhouse development in South Surrey. Edencrest offered a garden-like setting on the edge of White Rock, one of Canada's favorite retirement communities. The spacious floorplans, craftsman style and location only minutes from the waterfront, meant that Edencrest was a real hit with discriminating homebuyers.
Hillsborough - Richmond
A 28 unit development featuring a mixture of two and three level townhouses. Hillsbrough was one of our fastest selling developments ever as it offered rarely found two level duplex townhouses in a central, convenient area at an unbeatable price.
Pelican
Pointe - Richmond
A 200,000 sq. ft. waterfront development comprised of 194 condominium
units in two phases. Pelican Pointe represented one of the last
waterfront projects in the Greater Vancouver area and was rapidly
sold out due to its prime location and proximity to downtown Richmond's
amenities.
Cambridge
Court - Vancouver
A 16 unit luxury row townhouse development in the highly prized
West Side of Vancouver. Cambridge Court is a Georgie Award winning
development that combined excellent style and design with unbeatable
convenience in the Oakridge area.
La
Galerie - Coquitlam
A 55 unit stacked townhouse project in the Maillardville area of
Coquitlam. La Galerie offered excellent value and small, functional
units that were perfect for first time buyers and those moving up
from condominiums.
The
Heights at Royal Oak - Burnaby
A 46 unit stacked townhouse project in the Royal Oak area of Burnaby
that featured easy access to Skytrain and the Metrotown commercial
corridor.
Sherwood Park - Maple Ridge
A low density 39 unit townhouse development in the growing Fraser
Valley community of Maple Ridge. Sherwood Park was well suited to
family buyers who were attracted by the large units and the semi-rural
nature of the area.
