1) Richmond - North McLennan
Princeton

Palladium's latest townhome community in Richmond is located on Ferndale Ave. in the rapidly-growing North McLennan community in Central Richmond. As a follow-up to our successful Belmont project, located just south, this project will feature the same great quality and finish, but will offer a new and unique look to the Richmond market. Construction has already started and sales are expected to begin in May 2006.

2) City of North Vancouver - Central Lonsdale
Palladium, in partnership with Grosvenor Capital Corp., will soon begin construction of 35 new condominiums and 44 new townhouses just east of the Lions Gate Hospital in the City of North Vancouver.
